NO! The Credit Profile Number does not replace your Social Security Number; this number can only be used IN REPLACE of your SSN for credit reporting purposes ONLY! No! All profiles are Tri-merged upon the client inquiring services.
You will be provided with a Credit Monitoring account login (CreditKarma, Experian or Credit Sesame.) From there you will be able to pull up your NEW Credit Profile and the information linked to your NEW Credit Profile.
For a more stronger profile I suggest waiting 10 business days before using your Credit Profile. Too many inquiries at once will label you as a “risky lender“ and lenders will not want to rent/ lend to you due to you being a risky lender with a thin file.

If a client is booking one of the Lux packages, yes! The apartment application is filled out on your behalf where you will be sent the login credentials and application fee credit (ONLY) to login and pay all app fees if any. You are responsible for ALL app fees besides the application fee credit that is mentioned in your packages description.
If denied and you are booking a move in package, we will keep applying until approved OR you will be refunded $100 for the application processing. Everything else included in the package is NON-REFUNDABLE!
Please make sure you are using ALL of the NEW information provided with your NEW Credit Profile. Failure to do so will result in merging your profiles which would make your Credit Profile just as worst as your SSN. You also want to make sure your are using a CLEAN web browser free of browsing and phone tab history to avoid any mishaps.
You can use your new Credit Profile Number for anything that would normally require you to use your Social Security Number for credit reporting purposes. You can use it to open a bank account, receive credit cards, auto loans, utilities, apartment etc.
