Cash4Keys units are already APPROVED in MY name. Meaning credit, background and income has been ran and accepted for approval. My fee (subleasing fee) ranges from $650-$1,000 and under NO circumstances will this fee be negotiated!!!! 

This fee is to cover any paperwork needed, the extra work ; risk, and costs that come with transferring a lease to someone else where we want to avoid the property from running additional background and or credit checks and processing new paperwork. (Typically for clients wanting to move within the next week or so, but do not have time to wait for a Tradeline.)

NO I do not only do them in Columbia, SC — they can be done anywhere!

YES you still have to pay full or prorated rent, deposit if any on top of my subleasing fee.
